Return Policy:

You have the right to return any unused and unopened item within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund within 3 to 5  business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
